Biography

Alan Promer, a litigator, counsels and advises clients on commercial litigation and insurance coverage disputes. His practice experience includes complex insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, attorney malpractice litigation, litigation on behalf of government entities, appellate work in the state and federal courts, adversary litigation in the bankruptcy court, and a variety of general business litigation cases including claims regarding contracts, tortious interference, and trade secrets. He graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1997 and is the President of the Harvard Law School Association of Greater Philadelphia.
