Biography

Barry Refsin represents clients in complex commercial litigation including antitrust, software licensing disputes, and intellectual property litigation. He has represented some of the country’s largest chain drugstores as plaintiffs in antitrust cases challenging pricing and exclusionary practices of name brand pharmaceutical manufacturers. Barry also frequently represents technology companies in licensing and patent disputes.
