Biography

Dylan Steinberg brings a unique mix of pharmaceutical and technology experience to his litigation practice, giving him an intimate understanding of the complex business landscape and specific issues that his clients face as well as the expertise to propose appropriate solutions that meet their needs. Drawing on his consulting background, Dylan understands the various ways in which legal issues impact business and the bottom line. He has extensive experience in both court cases and arbitrations, and he has litigated pharmaceutical- and technology-related issues including software implementation and licensing and life sciences collaborations.

With 10 years of consulting experience focused on bridging communication gaps between the technical and business constituencies of his clients, Dylan is known for his unique talent in understanding complex technical and scientific issues and translating them into simple and compelling language that is understood by both juries and judges.

Additionally, Dylan gives his time to support the firm’s pro bono efforts, including successful representation of a couple whose home was foreclosed upon after they fell victim to a rent-to-own scheme.

Dylan is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, cum laude, where he was a member of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. He received a BA from Swarthmore College. Before joining the firm, he was a law clerk for the Honorable Stewart Dalzell, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Prior to law school, Dylan worked as a consultant, advising pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies about the use of technology in the drug discovery process and designing computer systems to collect and analyze research data.
