Biography
Jacqueline Dungee focuses her commercial litigation practice on sophisticated insurance coverage and bad faith actions under many different types of insurance policies, including directors’ and officers’ liability, errors and omissions, and commercial general liability policies. She has also counseled clients regarding, and litigated cases arising out of, business contract disputes, employment issues, and product liability claims. Jackie’s litigation experience includes successfully representing clients in jury and bench trials, handling numerous arbitrations, presenting dispositive and discovery motions, and arguing appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Pennsylvania Superior Court.

- Jackie is a member of the Pennsylvania Election Protection Legal Committee, which organizes and manages Pennsylvania’s Election Protection campaigns on behalf of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law and the Committee of Seventy.
