Biography
Jessica O’Neill focuses her practice on a range of litigation and environmental matters for a variety of clients. Prior to joining the firm, she served as an Assistant Regional Counsel for the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 3, and as a Counsel to the National Commission on the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill and Offshore Drilling.
Jessica is a magna cum laude graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, where she was Symposium Editor of the Georgetown International Environmental Law Review, a member of the Order of the Coif, and a recipient of the Vincent G. Panati Memorial Award for Criminal Justice. She earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Brown University. Following law school, Jessica served as a law clerk for the Honorable Louis H. Pollak of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (2008 – 2009) and the Honorable Robert B. Kugler of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (2007 – 2008).
