Biography

Margaret O’Neill, a litigator, focuses her commercial litigation practice on sophisticated insurance coverage and bad faith actions. Prior to joining the firm, Margaret was a Fellow in the litigation department of a Fortune 500 company, where she worked on personal injury, contract, and environmental issues involving the company and its subsidiaries.

Margaret represented a student in a high profile investigation of mass unrest at an area high school, helping to clear the student of any wrongdoing.

She is a 2009 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School. While in school, Margaret earned a certificate in Business & Policy from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She received a BA in Economics, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University in 2006.
