Biography

Maureen Smith is an associate in the Litigation Department who focuses her practice on antitrust matters. She also has considerable experience in government contracts, securities,  and appellate litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Maureen was an associate with WilmerHale in Washington, District of Columbia.

Maureen earned her law degree, cum laude, from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Catholic University Law Review. She earned her undergraduate degree from Marquette University. Before entering law school, she participated in a two-year leadership and community development fellowship with a leading non-profit foundation in Colorado.
