Biography
Nicole Rosenblum, a litigator, handles a wide variety of insurance coverage matters on behalf of some of the world’s largest insurers. Her practice includes both first- and third-party general liability disputes as well as professional liability and E&O coverage matters, with an emphasis on long-tail exposure claims, personal and advertising injury claims, and insurance bad faith claims. In addition to trying several insurance bad faith and asbestos coverage cases, Nicole has won a number of insurance coverage and bad faith suits on dispositive motions, helping to create law favorable to insurers on a variety of strategic industry issues. She also handles insurance-related mediations and appeals and regularly advises clients on complex coverage-related questions and issues of first impression around the country.
