Biography
Philip Mariani, a litigator, is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. He earned his AB, magna cum laude, from Harvard University. Following law school, Phil served as a law clerk to the Honorable Anthony J. Scirica of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit (2008 – 2009) and the Honorable Michael M. Baylson of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (2009 – 2010).
