Biography

Rebecca Santoro is a dedicated commercial litigator known for her practical approach to the legal process and thoughtful, fact-based solutions. With experience litigating in both federal and state courts, she has been active with cases involving real estate law, franchise law, and general commercial litigation matters.

Her commitment to justice is evident through her pro bono representation, which includes serving as co-counsel with Juvenile Law Center in a federal civil suit arising out of the Luzerne County “kids for cash” scandal. In 2010, Rebecca and another Hangley Aronchick lawyer received the Philadelphia Bar Foundation’s prestigious Pro Bono Award for their efforts.

Rebecca is a 2007 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, summa cum laude, where she was an articles editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and an Arthur Littleton and H.
