Remediation / Hazardous Waste

We have handled sensitive studies of vapor intrusion in neighborhoods for Fortune 500 companies in several states. These vapor intrusion matters involved close work with state and local agencies. We also have handled matters involving Resource Conservation and Recovery Act claims for clients in several states and have counseled clients on RCRA compliance. We have served as group counsel in managing the remediation of hazardous waste sites.
