Biography
Yvonne Lee Clayton concentrates her practice in the acquisition, financing, and transfer of commercial properties; the leasing of commercial and office properties; and the development of commercial and office buildings. She graduated in 1992 from Columbia University School of Law, where she was Articles Editor for the Columbia Journal of Law and the Arts. She received her BA, cum laude with Distinction in the major, from the University of Pennsylvania in 1989.
Yvonne has been recognized in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business as an Up-and-Comer in the field of Real Estate, and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers magazine named her a top attorney in 2005, 2007, and 2008. Yvonne currently serves as Treasurer of the firm’s Board of Directors and practices in the Philadelphia and New Jersey offices.
