Biography

Alan C. Promer handles a variety of commercial and government litigation.  His practice experience includes complex commercial litigation, attorney malpractice and professional ethics cases, appellate work in the state and federal courts, adversary litigation in the bankruptcy court, and a variety of general business litigation cases including claims regarding contracts, tortious interference, and trade secrets. He graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School (1997) and is the President of the Harvard Law School Association of Greater Philadelphia.
