Biography
Daniel J. Layden, a litigator, has a diverse commercial litigation practice. His experience extends from the courtroom to the boardroom to the negotiating table and includes counseling and trial practice in the federal and state courts throughout the country and before the AAA.
Mr. Layden has represented the world’s largest insurers in sophisticated coverage, bad faith, and reinsurance disputes across all coverages, including professional liability, D&O, general liability and property/casualty lines. He has also counseled clients and litigated cases involving business contract disputes, trademark and patent infringement, commercial property disputes, intellectual property contests, employment discrimination, and consumer class actions.
