Biography
Ms. Casale, a litigator, concentrates her practice in the area of domestic relations law, including child custody, divorce, support, adoption, property distribution, abuse actions and domestic partnership disputes. Ms. Casale has successfully argued in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey appellate courts on issues regarding custody, equitable distribution and alimony.
She is a 1994 graduate of Rutgers University School of Law-Camden, where she received the National Association of Women Lawyers Award. She received her B.A. in Communications from Lynchburg College, where she graduated cum laude in 1990. Ms. Casale served as a law clerk for the Honorable Martin A. Herman, Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division, from 1994-1995. She is admitted to the Bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
