Biography

John S. Stapleton, a litigator, graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2002.  While in law school, John was a member of University of Pennsylvania Law Review where he served as Research Editor on the Editorial Board, and he taught first-year legal writing students as an Arthur Littleton and H. Clayton Louderback Legal Writing Instructor.  He received his undergraduate degree with high honors from Rutgers University (Rutgers College) in 1999.  From 2002 to 2003, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Edward Rafeedie, Senior United States District Judge for the Central District of California.  Prior to joining Hangley Aronchick Segal & Pudlin, John practiced in the litigation department of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York.
