Biography
Mr. Lukens focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He graduated magna cum laude from Temple University School of Law in 1992. Mr. Lukens received several awards in law school, including the Leonard Sigal award for excellence in criminal law, the Stuart P. Keeling award for the highest GPA in the third year, a TASA prize in evidence. He was also a Note editor for the Temple Law Review.
Mr. Lukens has experience in a range of complex commercial litigation, including In re Brand Name Prescription Drugs Antitrust Litigation, In re Terazosin Hydrochloride Antitrust Litigation, In re TriCor Direct Purchaser Antitrust Litigation. Mr. Lukens has also worked extensively on several notable pro bono cases including Commonwealth v. Morales, which resulted in a rare reversal on a second post-conviction petition in a capital case in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Mr. Lukens served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph J. Longobardi, Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
