Biography

Ms. Hangley, a litigator, concentrates her practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, attorney malpractice defense, and general business litigation.  She is a 1998 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was an Articles Editor of the Law Review, co-chair of the International Law Society, and a member of the American Inn of Court. From 1998 to 1999, Ms. Hangley served as a law clerk for the Honorable Phyllis A. Kravitch of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. 

After receiving her A.B. in Political Science from Brown University in 1988, Ms. Hangley worked as a paralegal in the New York and London offices of a major international law firm and as a freelance copy editor for various magazines in New York. She is admitted to the Bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
