Biography

Monica Rebuck, a litigator, is a 1996 cum laude graduate of The Penn State Dickinson School of Law, where she was a member of the Dickinson Law Review, and a 1993 magna cum laude graduate of Muhlenberg College. Ms. Rebuck is counsel to two major retail pharmacy chains in antitrust litigation around the country challenging efforts by name brand pharmaceutical manufacturers to keep generic drugs from the market.
