Biography

Mr. Goldstein, who concentrates his practice in real estate and land use law, graduated in 1977 from Temple Law School, where he was awarded the J. Howard Reber Memorial Award for excellence in writing for the Temple Law Quarterly. In 1974, he graduated magna cum laude with his B.A. from Temple University.

During his more than thirty years of experience representing developers and lenders, Mr. Goldstein has been involved in such notable developments as The Franklin Mills Shopping Mall, Neshaminy Mall, various Philadelphia waterfront properties, Garden State Pavilions Shopping Center, Cherry Hill Mall, Voorhees Town Center, Moorestown Mall and several local hospitals.

He is a former member of the Executive Committee of the Real Property Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and a former seven-year member and six-year chair of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Cherry Hill. Mr. Goldstein's community activities include: President, Vice President and member of the Executive Committee, Allocations and Planning Committees, and the Board of Trustees of the Federation of Jewish Agencies of Southern New Jersey, and he served for two terms as General Chairman of the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey’s Annual Campaign. He is the Responsible Attorney for the firm's New Jersey Office.
