Biography
Mr. Tulante, a litigator, graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2001 where he was a member of the Harvard Human Rights Journal. He received his A.B. in 1997, cum laude, from Harvard College where he was recognized with a John Harvard Scholarship. From 2001-2004, Mr. Tulante was a litigation associate at a prominent Boston law firm. He then served as a law clerk to the Honorable Reginald C. Lindsay of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts from 2004 to 2005. Mr. Tulante concentrates his practice on general commercial litigation. He has handled a wide range of matters, including those relating to commercial contracts, real estate disputes, federal and state securities laws, and business torts.Education
