Biography

Mr. Tulante, a litigator, graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2001. While at Harvard, he was a member of the Harvard Human Rights Journal. He received his B.A., cum laude, from Harvard College in 1997 where he also received the John Harvard Scholarship. From 2001-2004, Mr. Tulante was a litigation associate at a prominent Boston law firm. From 2004-2005, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Reginald C. Lindsay of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
