Biography

Ms. Clayton, a real estate shareholder, concentrates her practice in the acquisition, financing and transfer of commercial properties, the leasing of commercial and office properties, and the development of commercial and office buildings.  She graduated from Columbia University School of Law in 1992 where she was Articles Editor for Columbia Journal of Law and the Arts.  She received her B.A., cum laude with distinction in the major, from the University of Pennsylvania in 1989.

Ms. Clayton was recently recognized in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business as an "up-and-comer" in the field of real estate.  She was also named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in 2005, 2007 and 2008.  Ms. Clayton currently serves as Treasurer of the firm's Board of Directors and practices in the Philadelphia and New Jersey offices.
