Biography
Ms. Levin, a litigator, is a 2000 magna cum laude graduate of Temple University School of Law, where she received a 3-year full-tuition merit scholarship. While at Temple, Ms. Levin was a member of the Temple Law Review, Moot Court Honor Society, and the National Trial Team. She received her B.A., with Highest Honors and with Honors in Administration of Justice, from the Pennsylvania State University in 1997. From 2000 to 2001, Ms. Levin served as law clerk for the Honorable Berle M. Schiller of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.Ms. Levin's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. She has litigated a wide variety of matters, including those involving commercial contracts, business torts, employment disputes and intellectual property.
She practices in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

- In re 1601 Chestnut Street, Calendar No. 4966 (Phila. Zoning Bd. of Adjustment 2008): Successfully represented owners of residential condominium units at Two Liberty Place in Philadelphia in defeating a proposal by corporate tenant Unisys Corporation for exterior facade signage.
- Reese v. The Philadelphia Housing Authority (E.D. Pa. 2007): Represented The Philadelphia Housing Authority in a civil rights action. After filing a comprehensive motion to dismiss, plaintiff withdrew the action against the Philadelphia Housing Authority with prejudice.
- Morra v. Liss Global, Inc. (AAA Arbitration 2005): Successfully represented a Philadelphia import buying agency in an arbitration proceeding brought by a former employee of the company who was demanding additional severance and bonus pay. The arbitrator rejected both of the claims and awarded attorney's fees in favor of Hangley Aronchick.
- Dean Steel v. Levan Associates, Inc. (E.D. Pa. 2004): Obtained arbitration award in favor of a manufacturer of fireproofed steel columns in a breach of contract action.
