The Redevelopment of Conshohocken

A major real estate developer of office buildings in several large urban areas, Oliver Tyrone Pulver Corporation (“OTPC”), has employed a variety of innovative strategies to redevelop parts of Conshohocken and West Conshohocken, two formerly industrial boroughs straddling the Schuylkill River just outside of Philadelphia. Since 1995, OTPC has relied upon Hangley Aronchick to provide assistance in a variety of aspects of this redevelopment. We have helped structure financing in order to meet the complex requirements of various local, state and private lenders, and we have negotiated the development of certain phases of the project in a joint venture with a locally based real estate investment trust. We also satisfy the ongoing needs of the company by preparing and negotiating leases and construction contracts and forming entities necessary to carry out development.
