Warren Speaks at Eastern Water Resources Conference

Kenneth J. Warren, a Shareholder in the firm’s Environmental Law practice, recently served as a panelist at the Eastern Water Resources Conference in Charlotte, North Carolina sponsored by the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources. The panel, entitled “Evolving Interstate Water Disputes: How Will They Affect Individual Users,” addressed the management of shared waters in the Delaware River Basin, the Great Lakes Basin and river basins in the southeastern United States. Ken, along with the other panelists, discussed flooding, drought operations and emerging flow management regimes and their implications for individuals, industries, municipalities and states.
