Alan C. Promer Selected to Speak at CLE International Private Equity Seminar


Philadelphia, PAJune 25, 2007Alan C. Promer, a litigation shareholder at Hangley Aronchick Segal & Pudlin, was selected to speak at the CLE International Private Equity Seminar at the Loews Hotel in Philadelphia on Friday, June 22, 2007.  Mr. Promer’s program was entitled “Ethical Dilemmas Facing Private Equity Managers.”

Mr. Promer handles a variety of commercial and government litigation.  His practice includes complex commercial litigation, attorney malpractice and professional ethics cases, appellate work in the state and federal courts, adversary litigation in the bankruptcy court, and a variety of general business litigation cases including claims regarding contracts, tortious interference, and trade secrets. He graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School (1997) and is the President of the Harvard Law School Association of Greater Philadelphia.
