Jon D. Marans Addresses Education Industry Association at 2006 EDVentures Annual Conference

Philadelphia, PA – July 24, 2006 – Jon D. Marans, a corporate attorney at Hangley Aronchick Segal & Pudlin, recently spoke at a program entitled “Risky Business, Especially When it’s Your Business” at the Education Industry Association’s 2006 EDVentures Annual Conference.  Mr. Marans discussed the legal approaches to limiting risk through business structure and practice.  The Conference took place in Denver, Colorado, from July 18-20, 2006.

Mr. Marans assists clients in several areas of business-related law including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and general corporate and commercial counseling.  He graduated magna cum laude from the Villanova University School of Law in 2002 and is a member of the Order of the Coif.  He was named a Rising Star in 2005 by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers.
