James M. Matour to Speak at 11th Annual Bankruptcy Institute


Philadelphia, PASeptember 11, 2006James M. Matour, a bankruptcy shareholder at Hangley Aronchick Segal & Pudlin, was selected to serve as a faculty member of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s 11th Annual Bankruptcy Institute.  The program is scheduled for Thursday, September 28, 2006 at the CLE Conference Center in the Wanamaker Building.  Mr. Matour will speak at the program entitled “How the BAPCPA Has Changed Bankruptcy Practice – Perspectives of the Bench, The Bar and the U.S. Trustees.”

Mr. Matour was recently named in Bankruptcy and Debtor-Creditors Rights Law by Best Lawyers in America 2007.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate reorganization, bankruptcy, and commercial workouts. He has more than 25 years' experience representing debtors, creditors and other parties in bankruptcy cases.  Mr. Matour is a founding Director of the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project, a contributing editor of The Bankruptcy Strategist, and a member of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy conference and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
