Environmental Law Attorneys Speak at Pennsylvania Bar Institute

Ken Warren and Steve Miano, Shareholders and co-chairs of the firm’s Environmental Law practice, recently spoke at the 2008 Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Environmental Law Forum in Harrisburg. Ken and Steve lectured about water related matters; an area of special interest to both of them. Steve spoke about water permitting in impaired waters. Ken spoke about flooding in the Delaware River and the Delaware River Basin Commission's flexible flow management program.
