Michele D. Hangley to Speak at Piercing the Corporate Veil Seminar
Philadelphia, PA – September 14, 2006 –Michele D. Hangley, a litigation shareholder at Hangley Aronchick Segal & Pudlin, was selected to serve as a faculty member of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s “Piercing the Corporate Veil” Seminar. This course will address litigation of corporate veil issues, as well as pre-litigation strategies to protect corporate clients from having their corporate forms disregarded in litigation. The program is scheduled for Wednesday, October 11, 2006 at the CLE Conference Center in the Wanamaker Building in Philadelphia and for Friday, October 27, 2006 at the PBI Conference Center in Mechanicsburg.
