Imported Victory
We successfully represented a Philadelphia import buying agency that was sued by a former vice president, who claimed, following his separation from the company, that his employment agreement entitled him to additional severance and bonus pay. The former employee filed a demand for arbitration with the American Arbitration Association asserting breach of contract. Associate Shanon Levin served as lead counsel in the arbitration proceeding. The arbitrator rejected both of the claims and awarded attorneys’ fees in Hangley Aronchick’s favor.
