Tulante Speaks at 2008 Net Impact Conference


Philadelphia, PA – Sozi P. Tulante, an Associate in the firm’s litigation practice, was a speaker at the 2008 Net Impact Conference, The Sustainable Advantage: Creating Social and Environmental Value at the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia on November 15, 2008.  The purpose of this conference was to discuss how businesses and organizations can effectively address social and environmental challenges of the 21st Century.  Mr. Tulante, who is a refugee from the Democratic Republic of Congo, served on a panel titled, “The Role of Business in Integrating Refugees into American Society and the Economy.”  He discussed the business and social benefits for companies that retain highly skilled refugees as part of their workforce.
