David B. Pudlin Appointed National Co-Chair of Annual Giving for the University of Pennsylvania School of Law


 

Philadelphia, PA –  David B. Pudlin, the President and CEO of Hangley Aronchick Segal & Pudlin, has been appointed as the National Co-Chair of Annual Giving for the University of Pennsylvania Law School to serve with his wife, Helen P. Pudlin, the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of PNC Financial Services Company.  Mr. and Mrs. Pudlin served this past year as the National Co-Chairs of the Benjamin Franklin Society for Penn Law School.  In addition to Mr. Pudlin's responsibilities in his law firm, Mr. Pudlin has been active in both the community and the Philadelphia Bar Association.  Among his community activities are his service as the Board Chair for the Anti-Defamation League and his Board positions for The Baldwin School, the Ludington Public Library, Federation Early Learning Services and HIAS.  He also has served in a number of positions for the Philadelphia Bar Association, including the Chair of both the Large Law Firm Management Committee and the Mid-Size Law Firm Management Committee.

Mr. Pudlin concentrates his practice in tax law, estate planning and business/employment law and is a member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council.  He received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1974 and his B.A. magana cum laude from Yale University in 19971.
