PATIENCE: Since opening our doors ten years ago as a 17-lawyer firm, we have grown to 54 lawyers. We have done it one step – very occasionally, two steps - at a time. We have gone slowly because we are in no rush to get bigger. We are very selective; our lawyers have extraordinary academic and professional credentials, and they share the common desire to work together on important matters in a creative and entrepreneurial environment. Our growth has been steady and deliberate. That is fine with us.

We represent entrepreneurs, universities, governmental entities, individuals, and several of the most well known professional firms in the region. In litigation, we are not a “plaintiff’s firm” or a “defense firm.”  We pride ourselves on being able to undertake matters before the widest range of tribunals - whether it be a municipal court in Philadelphia, an international arbitration panel or a federal court anywhere in the country. In our business and real estate work we represent buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, lenders and borrowers.
