The rehabilitation or liquidation of insolvent insurance companies is not governed by the Bankruptcy Code, but rather by state insurance law. Our lawyers have had experience in both insolvency law and the complex law governing insurers and reinsurers. Our lawyers have represented clients in connection with their rights in insurance insolvencies.

Myron Bloom, Shareholder, Bankruptcy
Myron Bloom is one of a handful of private lawyers in Pennsylvania who have represented an insurance rehabilitator in the rehabilitation of an insolvent insurance company. We have also been actively involved in insolvency proceedings of life care communities regulated by the Department of Insurance.
