Hangley Aronchick attorneys are expected to dedicate a minimum of 50 hours per year to pro bono representation.  The reality is that every year many of our attorneys exceed this target.  In fact, our firm received the Chancellors Award for pro bono work from the Philadelphia Bar Association in 2003, and we were designated a "Champion of Justice" by the Philadelphia Bar Foundation for our support of public interest legal services in 2004.

And our firm’s pro bono work is not limited to partners.  Our associates routinely accept their own pro bono cases, for which they take primary responsibility.  Thus, our pro bono clients receive outstanding legal representation for little or no cost, and our associates acquire skills and experience from managing and leading their own cases from start to finish.
