We act as counsel to both lenders and borrowers in connection with large and small commercial real estate loans, and also serve as advisors to institutional managers of real estate portfolios. We represent banks, insurance companies and pension funds in facilitating a wide variety of financing transactions, and we represent borrowers in complex permanent and construction financing.

We are experienced in all sorts of multi-layered financing, including the use of private equity; public funds in the form of loans, grants and other forms of public aid; mezzanine financing; and first-lien financing. We have drafted and negotiated inter-creditor agreements of various levels of complexity.
