Daniel Kaufmann is an associate in the Insurance Coverage practice. He has experience in a range of complex commercial litigation and contract law, including patent, antitrust, labor and employment, securities, and civil rights matters.
Daniel earned his law degree, summa cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was the Note/Comment Editor of the Temple Law Review and a Beasley and an Honorable Louis C. Bechtle Scholar. He earned his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Temple University. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Mark Kearney of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He previously worked as a litigation associate with a Philadelphia law firm.
