Joy Williams is a litigation paralegal with more than a decade of experience in complex litigation and Securities law, including drafting complaints, summonses, subpoenas, and interrogatories; researching corporations’ corporate governance policies; and helping identify regulatory compliance issues.

Joy also worked as a paralegal with the Philadelphia Housing Authority, assisting the General Counsel in the management of outside counsel and all aspects of litigation; organizing responses to subpoenas and governmental inquiries; and supervising internal audits to assess compliance with company policies, and state and federal laws and regulations.

Joy earned her bachelor of science from Chestnut Hill College and her associate’s degree in paralegal studies from St. Joseph’s University. She also has professional certifications in Preparing for Trial (Professional Education Systems, Inc.), Effective Writing (National Business Institute), and Electronic Discovery (The Professional Education Group and the National Business Institute).
