Zachary Winkler is an associate in the Litigation Department who focuses his practice on Antitrust matters. He also has experience in commercial litigation, labor and employment, and product liability matters.
Zachary earned his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was selected to the Barristers’ Council honors society, competed with the trial advocacy team, and was a Teaching Fellow. He was also named a Special Pro Bono Honoree in recognition of his 100+ hours of pro bono service. During law school, he served as a legal fellow for Congressman Brendan F. Boyle and as a law clerk for the Honorable J.P. Howard, District of Columbia Office of Administrative Hearings. Zachary earned his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University. Following law school, he served as a Litigation Fellow with the National Whistleblower Center in Washington, DC, and as an associate with a Philadelphia law firm.
