Biography
Robert Ebby, a litigator, is a 1994 magna cum laude graduate of Villanova Law School, where he was a Managing Editor of Outside Articles for the Villanova Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Upon graduation from law school, Bo served as a law clerk to the Honorable Anita B. Brody of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He received his BA in History, magna cum laude, from Amherst College in 1988.
Bo’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation; ADR; and intellectual property, real estate, and antitrust litigation. He is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. Prior to entering law school, Bo taught history and coached wrestling and lacrosse at Germantown Academy in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. Bo practices in the firm’s Philadelphia and New Jersey offices.
