Valisity supports the firm’s Litigation Group throughout complex commercial disputes. Her responsibilities include drafting declarations, notices, subpoenas, certificates, and simple pleadings; fact and cite checking briefs, complaints and letters; monitoring responses to subpoenas and document requests.
Valisity summarizes deposition transcripts and conducts docket searches to support case development and trial strategy. In addition, she frequently proofreads, transcribes and drafts letters, memoranda, and filings for attorney review. She helps ensure compliance with federal and local court rules, preparing and filing documents through electronic court dockets, and managing discovery and trial deadlines.
Also played a central role in client relations, managing intake for potential matters and facilitating clear communication between clients and attorneys, and worked on pro-bono cases. Valisity earned her associate’s degree in paralegal studies from Pierce College.
