Matthew Seelig helps resolve complex commercial disputes for individual and corporate clients in a range of industries. He is involved at all stages of a potential dispute, from early case assessment through appeals, and he is experienced in researching and analyzing legal issues and strategies.

His varied practice includes matters involving contracts, tort, securities, ERISA and bankruptcy; as a result, Matt has experience assessing and managing all manner of legal issues. Strong research and writing skills enable him to provide colleagues and clients with thoughtful, detailed information that supports strategic decision-making, both for legal strategy and business objectives.

Before entering private practice, Matthew served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stanley R. Chesler of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, where he assisted with preparation for trials and hearings, researched and analyzed issues before the court, and joined conferences with counsel, including settlement and pre-sentencing conferences.
