Hangley Aronchick shareholders Jason Levine and Kyle Heisner have been selected to serve on Law360’s 2026 Editorial Advisory Boards for New Jersey and Pennsylvania, respectively.

Jason, a shareholder in the firm’s litigation practice, serves as a trusted business advisor and legal counsel to executives, entrepreneurs, boards of directors and companies of all sizes. Jason regularly litigates claims of shareholder oppression, breach of fiduciary duties, mismanagement, trade secret misappropriation, fraud, contract disputes and breach of restrictive covenants. He is also actively involved in the business and strategic planning of the firm.

Kyle, a shareholder in the litigation and insurance coverage practices, handles a range of coverage and bad faith matters involving corporate directors and officers, financial institutions, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and colleges and universities. Along with his insurance coverage work, Kyle helps resolve contractual disputes; partnership agreements; intellectual property matters; real estate liability, disputes, and transactions; and complex commercial disputes.
