This year, Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller was proud to be a Premier Platinum sponsor of the Hispanic Bar Association of PA’s (HBAPA) 32nd Annual Scholarship Banquet, held on September 29. The HBPA Legal Education Fund (LEF) – HBAPA’s 501(c)(3) sister organization – focuses on the pipeline from law school to law practice for the next generation of Latino attorneys and fundraises each year to provide scholarships to Latino students attending local law schools.

This year, led by Hangley Aronchick Associate and LEF President Isabel Naveira López, the HBPA LEF recognized nine scholarship recipients as well as the Honoree, The Honorable Joseph H. Rodriguez.

Isabel Naveira López is an associate in the Insurance Coverage Group. She handles a range of commercial litigation, insurance coverage, and bad faith matters. Within the firm, Isabel serves as Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.

Isabel is also Secretary of the HBAPA and a member of the Executive Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division. Isabel earned her law degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she was Associate Editor of the Moorad Sports Law Journal. She earned her undergraduate degree from Villanova University.
