Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller is proud to announce that environmental shareholder Pete Keays has been appointed co-chair of the American Bar Association’s Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (SEER) In-House Counsel Committee. Having served as a vice chair for two years, Pete will now oversee the committee’s operations.

The SEER In-House Counsel Committee facilitates communication, education, and networking among in-house counsel, and their colleagues in private practice, who practice in the environmental, energy, and natural resources fields. The Committee focuses on emerging trends in the substantive areas of energy, environmental, and resource practice and on the lawyer’s role in environmental management and corporate/organizational decision making.

SEER is the premier forum for lawyers working in areas related to the environment, natural resources, and energy. The Section has more than 9,000 members.
