On January 20, 2022, Hangley Aronchick will present a CLE program entitled “The Forever Changing Regulatory Landscape of Forever Chemicals: A Primer for Environmental and Non-Environmental Lawyers on PFAS Regulation in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and at the Federal Level.”

Often referred to as “forever chemicals,” PFAS are widely used and extremely durable man-made compounds that persist in the environment and the human body. In recent years, evidence has linked PFAS to a number of adverse effects and, as a result, they have come under intense scrutiny by federal and state lawmakers and regulators. During this CLE presentation, Hangley Aronchick Environmental Shareholders Pete Keays and Steve Miano, and Environmental Scientist James Bedison, Ph.D., of AMO Environmental Decisions will discuss current and pending regulations of PFAS at state and federal levels.
