Benchmark Litigation named Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller Shareholders Maureen Lawrence, Jason Levine, and Rebecca Melley to its 40 and Under Hot List, recognizing these attorneys as the most promising emerging talent in their respective litigation fields.

Lawrence focuses her practice primarily on antitrust and other complex commercial litigation matters, often representing clients in cases involving novel issues of significant importance to competition law. She has extensive experience in federal district and appellate courts throughout the United States. Maureen earned her law degree, cum laude, from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Catholic University Law Review.  Before joining Hangley, she clerked for the Honorable Paul J. Kelly, Jr. for the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Levine’s clients include financial services institutions, real estate companies, government entities, and other businesses and individuals. He has extensive experience representing clients in litigations and investigations concerning fraud, corruption, tax issues, government regulations, partnership and shareholder disputes, restrictive covenants, and business torts. Jason is a 2009 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as Comments Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He also received a BA in economics, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.  Prior to joining Hangley Aronchick, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Anthony J. Scirica of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Melley represents a wide variety of clients, from large corporations to individuals, in complex litigation. She litigates in federal and state courts, and also resolves cases through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including arbitration and mediation. She is an approved arbitrator in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Rebecca is a 2007 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, summa cum laude, where she was an articles editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and a legal writing instructor. Before joining Hangley Aronchick, she clerked for The Honorable William H. Yohn Jr. of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
