Erin Gallagher advises insurers on policy language, exclusions and obligations under business and personal insurance policies. She reviews and provides coverage opinions on coverage obligations under commercial general liability, homeowners, commercial automobile, product recall, and jewelers’ block insurance policies.

Should issues arise, Erin helps clients prepare for possible litigation through research, fact determination and all aspects of discovery preparation and response. Her work also includes drafting pleadings, motions and appellate briefs, conducting depositions and researching essential legal issues.

Erin interned at the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights, where she analyzed incoming civil rights complaints, drafted factual summaries, and reviewed data submissions to ensure compliance with resolution agreements. She also clerked for the Hon. Robert Kugler as part of Temple Law’s Federal Judicial Clerkship Honors Program. During her clerkship, she researched and drafted memoranda in various areas of federal law, including civil procedure, criminal law and employment matters.
