Gianni Mascioli is an associate in the Litigation Department who has handled a range of matters in the technology, education, and health care industries. He also has experience in securities and intellectual property matters and appellate work. Gianni is also an active pro bono practitioner.

Gianni earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a Mary Daly Scholar and was elected to the Order of the Coif.  He was also an Associate Editor for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media, & Entertainment Law Journal. He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to entering law school, he worked as a data analyst for a major publishing company.
